Artikelen die naar ons worden teruggestuurd zonder eerst een retouraanvraag te hebben ingediend, worden niet geaccepteerd. Als uw retourzending wordt geaccepteerd, sturen wij u het geld terug via uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Schade en problemen
Controleer uw bestelling bij ontvangst en neem onmiddellijk contact met ons op als het artikel defect of beschadigd is of als u het verkeerde artikel ontvangt, zodat we het probleem kunnen beoordelen en oplossen.

De snelste manier om ervoor te zorgen dat u krijgt wat u wilt, is door het artikel dat u heeft te retourneren en zodra de retourzending is geaccepteerd, een afzonderlijke aankoop voor het nieuwe artikel te doen.
Terugbetalingen
